This dish starts with uniquely formed semolina, which is then combined with sautéed seasonal greens, sharp pecorino and a fresh herb salsa to make the perfect brunch time meal.
We use our own house blend of coffee. A smooth and balanced blend, full of aroma. It’s delicate and sophisticated, packed here in Australia from green 100% Arabica beans.
